Smart Financial Centre
Sugar Land, TX
When the Sugar Land City Council approved plans for the development of a concert and performing arts facility in 2012, they engaged The Projects Group (TPG) as Owner's Representative. The project sits on a 21-acre site and included design and construction oversight for the 6,500-seat auditorium used as a multipurpose facility for concerts, cultural acts, and community events. Construction was completed in December 2016.
The venue has the unique ability to adjust the auditorium walls to reduce the number of seats to accommodate smaller productions.
